This juicy and full flavored curry of Boneless Chicken cooked in tomato paste and full cream is the most popular among all other Pakistani food. It can be made spicy or mild according to your taste.

Chicken boneless(small pieces) 1 kg
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Full cream 3/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Green chillies 6-7(finely cut in small pieces)
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Oil, hot chilli sauce as desired
Sugar 1 tsp


First heat oil in a pan.
Put boneless chicken and green chillies and fry till golden then add ginger/garlic paste and red chilli powder and fry for few minutes.
Then add tomato paste, fry then add yogurt and cook for few minutes.
Add hot chilli sauce and sugar at this stage.
Then in the end add fresh cream and put on dum with green coriander leaves and fresh green chillies for few minutes until oil seperates.
Butter chicken is ready!!!
