1 1/2 kg chicken(cut into desirable pieces)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp rai powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp maida
3 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp worcestire sauce
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients for 5 to 6 hours.
Heat oil and deep fry until goldenbrown and cooked from inside.
Serve with french fries and chilli sauce.
