These mouthwatering patties are a flavorful combination of beef and potaotes coated with egg and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:

1 kg. Ground Beef
1 kg. Potatoes(Boiled)
2 Eggs
1 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp. Green peppers (finely chopped)
1 Onion(large, chopped)
Bread crumbs (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Oil (as needed)

Preparation:

First of all, Boil the potatoes, after peeling the potatoes grind them into a smooth mixture.
In a cooking pot, put oil and the meat along with coriander, peppers, onions, and salt.
When the water starts to dry up, stir it frequently on medium heat.
Then let it cool.
Then take a small amount of mashed potatoes, and place it on the palm of your hands in a form of a round slice.
Place some beef mixture (prepared earlier) on top of the slice, then cover it with another layer of potatoes.
Making them into patties.
Dip the patties into egg and then sprinkle it with bread crumbs.
Fry them on low heat.
Serve hot as a side.
