2 ripe bananas
3 tbsp milk
2 drops vinegar
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Make sour milk by adding 2 drops of vinegar to 3 tbsp of milk.
Mash bananas and add sugar, oil, eggs, and sour milk.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Add nuts (if u want).
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350.
