Ingredients:
1 medium size Cabbage (chopped).
1 bunch Green Onions (chopped).
1/2 stick Butter.
3/4 cup Almonds (slivered).
2 1/2 tea spoon Sesame seeds.
2 pack Ramen noodles(boiled).
Sauce:
1/4 cup White Vinegar.
1/2 cup Sugar.
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil.
2 table spoon Soy sauce.
Preparation:
In a medium skillet over low heat, brown ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds with butter.
In a small sauce pan, boil vinegar, sugar and vegetable oil for about 1 minute.
Cool and add soy sauce.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, green onions and ramen noodle mixture.
Now add the sauce and mix well.
It is now ready to be served
