A typical aloo curry in tomato puree. It has a flavor of all the spices along with ginger/garlic and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients:

4 Big Potatoes
2 Green Chillies Chopped
2 Large Onions
4 Table Spoon tomato Puree
2 Teaspoon Kalongi
1 Teaspoon Lal Mirch powder
1/2 Teaspoon haldi powder
1 Teaspoon zeera powder
1 Teaspoon coriander powder
1 Table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
A little lemon squeezed

Preparation:

In one pan heat oil.
Fry the onions and ones the onions are brown add the ginger/garlic paste and kalongi.
Next at all the masala's.
Then add cut potatoes, fry in the oil till the masala mixes well.
Add the tomato puree and lemon squeeze. Then add two cups of water.
Let it cook till the potatoes are tender.
Add green chillies.
Serve with puree or naan.
