Boneless Chicken chunks marinated in tandoori masala along with lemon and then cooked in butter, fresh cream and tomato paste.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbls garlic ginger paste
2 tbls butter
3 tbls thick cream
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oil
marinate:
1 tbls tandori masala
1/2 tbls garam masala
2 tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin powder
5 tbl yoghurt
Preparation:
Marinate chicken for one hour.
Heat pan and fry chicken for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken and keep aside.
In remaining oil, fry chopped onions till golden, add garlic ginger paste and fry sprinkling with water now and then till oil seperates
Add chilli powder, tomato paste and cook 5-10 minutes
Add butter, cream and chicken.
Mix well and cook until done.
